Peaceful Land ~ Fingerprint Friday

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:

I can see the fingerprints of god
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of god
And I know its true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of god

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them?

To participate in Fingerprint Friday...please check out Pampering Beki's absolutely wonderful blog and also her etsy shop too ~ she started this lovely tradition...

We stayed with my in-laws when we went back from reunion last weekend ~ they live just outside city limits...and it is beautiful country...the kind where you have land...and houses are not too close...a place where it is quiet...a place where the sky just sparkles with delight from the stars {at night}...it really is beautiful...so during the day before the reunion...Bob ~ Bobby's dad ~ drove us down into the some of their fields they have with the girls to show us their pond out back...which was overgrown and you could only see faints of it between the trees and brush...but the land was just gorgeous and we had butterflies following us as he drove along in the fields...I know that would have made GREAT pictures to get those butterflies...but sitting with the girls was what I did instead of snapping very many shots...he is what I have of them...
Madison watching the butterflies...
But the beauty of nature and land is just God's work no matter how you look at it! This picture was taken driving to their back field ~ I believe it is technically their neighbor's land there...but just wonderful...A few pics of the girls on their land...of course Hayley running down the trail and Miss Madison playing with the plants...rocks...and everything else...she could pile into the reusable cupcake holder:)We are back to our hometown area this weekend again...this time for a wedding...oooohhhh do I LOVE weddings...I'll probably cry at some point...a happy cry...I'll most definitely enjoy the wedding cake...it is secretly my favorite thing to look forward to at weddings...well obviously besides the bride and groom and others we know... and the flowers too...wedding cakes are just THE BEST to me...I could get married all over again (to Bobby of course) just to have our wedding cake...plus they are always just sooo beautiful...and usually always different...

Enjoy your weekend! Blessings to you!

Your description of the property made me feel like I was walking down a country road. I could see the butterflies playing tag as I pretend walked!
